Community Polls & Surveys Disclaimer
The polls, surveys, questionnaires, and other community feedback opportunities available through this website are operated by the Brent Jackson for Evansville City Council campaign for the purpose of gathering opinions, concerns, priorities, and other information from residents of Evansville’s 2nd Ward.
Participation is voluntary. Participation in any poll or survey does not constitute voter registration, voting, an official election ballot, an indication of support for any candidate, or a commitment to vote for or against any candidate.
These polls and surveys are informal campaign-sponsored public opinion surveys and are not conducted, administered, certified, or endorsed by the Vanderburgh County Election Board, the Indiana Election Division, the City of Evansville, or any other governmental election authority. Results are not intended to represent an official election result or scientifically representative public-opinion poll.
To help ensure that feedback comes from residents of the 2nd Ward, participants may be asked to provide information concerning their residence or voting district. Information submitted through these surveys will be used by the campaign for constituent outreach, issue research, campaign planning, and community engagement, subject to the website’s Privacy Policy.
Participation does not guarantee that a particular response, suggestion, or issue will be adopted as a campaign position or pursued by the candidate.
The campaign may publish aggregate or summarized survey results. Individual responses will not be publicly attributed to a participant without that participant’s permission, except as otherwise required by law.
